This week brings major improvements to content management: upload files directly to AyniHealth (up to 1GB), generate quizzes from audio and PDFs, and enjoy smarter auto-detection that saves time on every upload.

Direct File Upload
Upload videos, PDFs, and audio directly to AyniHealth: Securely store training materials up to 1GB without needing external hosting. Files are stored in Ayni's private cloud infrastructure.
Smart Content Detection
Content creation just got faster with automatic detection:
- Content type detected from URL or uploaded file
- Video duration extracted automatically from uploaded videos
- Reading time calculated for PDFs based on word count (200 words/min)
- Audio length detected for podcasts and audio files
AI Quiz Generation Expanded
Generate quizzes from audio files: Upload podcasts or recorded lectures, and our AI will transcribe the audio via ElevenLabs speech-to-text, then generate quiz questions from the transcript.
Generate quizzes from PDFs: Both URL-linked and directly uploaded PDFs can now be used as quiz sources.
Content Form Improvements
Quick-select recent owners: The content form now remembers your recently used content owners for faster assignment.
Search interests: Filter through interests with a search box instead of scrolling through the full list.
Thumbnail previews: See thumbnail images directly in the admin content list.
Custom thumbnails for all content: Upload thumbnails for any content type, with auto-suggestions for video content.
Organization Content Management
Enhanced filtering and sorting: The Organization Content page now supports filtering and sorting by all properties for easier content discovery.

YouTube thumbnail selection: Choose from YouTube's provided thumbnail options when adding video content.
Friendlier login notifications: New login alert emails now use a welcoming tone rather than alarming language.
Automated release notes: GitHub Releases now automatically include changelog content and reset for the next development cycle.
